We ship all orders from our Montréal studio using Canada Post and USPS. Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 3-4 business days. Please allow up to a week for your order to arrive. We pack everything with lots of love and care to ensure it arrives safely. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Note that we can’t control late deliveries, lost packages, or other issues beyond our control.

Definitely! All our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend hand washing them to ensure they last as long as possible.

To install wall hooks with drywall anchors: Mark the placement for the anchor hole. Pre-drill a hole with a 3/16 drill bit and hammer the anchor into the hole. Secure the wall hook with the provided screw and rubber o-ring (placed in front) into the anchor. You can use a drill, but we recommend tightening the last bit with a screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
